Exchange,Returns & Refund
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your web order from us. You have to return the product within 10 calendar days after you recieved. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. Please bring the product to return or exchange to the Kwai Chung shop or send it to us. Shipping fee should be paid by customer.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 10 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
